Quality Service’s general objective is to ensure that Masters College Barcelona achieve and maintain the level of excellence defined in the strategic positioning of the institution, understanding that excellence in regulatory, educational, pedagogical, efficiency and business management terms, it should be the internal benchmark of the organization on quality.
Objectives Quality Service
- Technically support the process of certification and external accreditation.
- Manage programs of internal and external evaluation.
- Planning, execution and delivery of evaluation reports.
- Coordinate relations with external entities Quality assessment, organizing audits / external and internal evaluations appropriate make and track your results.
- Support to the General Management in the preparation of the proposal of the Quality Plan and its development and implementation.
- Permanently inform and train the university community in University Quality.
